You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery.
How it works
- Write or call us with your order number.
- Pack the item in its original packaging.
- We'll arrange a pick-up or send you a Nova Poshta waybill.
We refund within 5 working days after we receive the item.
Non-returnable items
Personalized items (embroidered or engraved) can't be returned unless they are faulty.
